It is 500 Rubles from Russia from 1912. I have 3 of them, but two with torn corners. I don't know what it goes for, so if you can add that, it would be interesting. I'm pretty sure that it is Peter the Great, though I don't know who the woman is. But LOOOK AT THAT WATERMARK in the blank area (3rd picture). That is quite impressive to me, for 1912.
