Your best bet is to get the ANA grading standards book. I don't know of any videos. Sorry.

No vids that I know of bud. I have never bought the ANA book but heard it is good. Grading is not really a thing you learn by reading about though IMPO. You learn grading from experience. Once you get used to looking at MS63, 64, and 65 Morgan dollars you can generally tell which one is what grade in a heartbeat! Same thing with other grades and series.

There is no shortcut to learning how to grade coins. Get a copy of the ANA Grading Standards and study it. Then look at LOTS and LOTS of coins at coin shops and coin shows. Look at slabbed coins and study the differences between adjacent grades.

ANA sells a DVD on coin grading. (You can also check it out from the ANA Library for free if you are an ANA member.) But this video is only helpful if you have some prior knowledge of grading.
