kenedy half error?

O.k. so I was serching rolls of halvs today found a few clads and then stumbeld on one that I think is an error. I don't have access to a camera or scanner but i'll do my best to describe it. The strike on the head side (front) sry im a noob still with the lingo and the reverse (egal side) are very deep probly a centemeter. It looks like someone hit it with a hammer and smashed it in. Exept there are no hammer marks or any other obvious dammage. Also there are no ridges on the 3rd side ( the rim) the E in liberty is kinda is curved in the strike. it is a 1979 so no silver , but I was wondering if was a keeper.

Thanks in advance

Jmoney

Sounds like he is saying high rims on both obv and rev and no reeding. Sounds like a half dollar that has had its edge beaten. (Also known as "spooned" or a "dryer" coin.) If that's the case then no it is not a keeper.
