Newbe

Hello I like to take this opportunity to intrduce myself, I go by the handle Simcoe which is a candian lake I fish alot on. Having said this I'm very new to collecting; however, I had the opportunity to buy up a lot of Canadian paper money as well as Canadaian coins. Like everyone I'm sure, I've made an effort to educate myself with regards to properly valuing my collection; however, being somewhat green, I'm sure my evaluation choices will not be as accuate as I'd like. This is why I've joined this interesting site, and look forward to sharing my collection with others.

Kind Regards

Simcoe

Welcome to coin talk Simcoe !

I'm glad to welcome a fellow Canadian I am sure you will learn a lot from this site. There are many knowledgeable figures that lurk in these forum and if you rub them the right way they will help you .

As for your collection: are most of your coins pre 1967 ? What paper notes do you have ?
