So, most went into hiding and quietly sent away for them in private. At one time there were as many first spouse haters as there were those who hated the presidential series. There are haters for all modern coins in one form or another. The popular kids now are big time haters on the Native American reverse and the upcoming National Park quarters. I used to collect mutilated coins when I was younger. I quit when i started to torture them myself.
