I have a few like this where it is cleaner in the middle and still dark aroung the edge. Pretty new and not sure if it is sure sign they were cleaned or common. thx for any tips. The second coin I would stay away from: First because there is no pic of the obv. Even if the seller has no refund policy stated, when you use paypal you are covered by their buyer protection. If your coin arrives significantly not as described (snad). File a dispute. For items $250. and less send it back with delivery confirmation. Over $250. use signature confirmation. Always remember to access the cleaning along with the grade, age and condition as it now appears - short answer, It looks like it should for date and wear. Just to know before hand and then find all the scratches when coins arrive. If the seller understands that it has been cleaned and that is reflected in his asking price and you like it then buy it!
