Vatican 1841 overdate

I've not been able to find this overdate in any book. It's graded by NGC MS65 BN 1841/0. Again, sorry for the bad pic's, I'll learn how to downsize the photo's to make them look better at some point in time.

Here's another one with the same overdate http://www.numishop.eu/ficheboutique...=1&imprime=oui but I couldn't find any data about the overdate.
