Guess the error on this 1991D jefferson nickel

Well i thought i would do something different since i am .

Now instead of guessing the grade on a coin why don;t you try and guess the error on this coin. This should be very interesting and a challange and fun to. I will give you the answer when i have enough individuals involved

    Good luck everybody

The terms "die adjustment strike", "die trial", and "set-up piece" are labels that simply reflect wishful thinking. Unless you were there at the striking, it is impossible to identify the ultimate cause of a low-pressure strike. Most, if not all, seem to be the product of spontaneous equipment malfunction.
