Yea, that's one thing I definitely want to work with to expand. There are many, many more great posts that people have made that didn't even make it into that page too, and I am working on a way of making those great posts easier to find.

Over all things, I love the pun you posted in the title of this thread. But seriously, the column whatchamacallit on the right makes the forum seem to "bloggish" IMO. Maybe move it to the user cp or something? I'm getting used to it, so it isn't a big deal with me, lol, but just my two cents about the change.

I love the new sidebar and all of its features. My only suggestions would be for the new posts that it would take you to the first unread post of that topic. Also maybe the unanswered posts section could open in the same window. Other then that I love what you have done and also the reorganization of the topics.

I just noticed the Quick Reply feature for Private Messages. I like that.

As an aside to this thread, we should probably start to have a serious conversation about how we, as a group, will seriously continue funding coin talk. I'd imagine that the nickels and dimes that we are chipping in isn't going to cover future costs.

Just thinking out loud, but perhaps some kind of bonus section might be good, or if people want to contribute coins to cointalk, we can have a fund raising auction for either coins or some other honor on the site. This works for my synaguage (not perfectly but it does fairly well).

Well, I'm not sure about how much it costs to have the site up and running... but/ I'm sure if people who can afford it subscribed to CT it would be a huge help. it's 20$ a month, so if 5 people sign up each month.. thats 100$, I imagine that would help significantly.

CT is the best coin forum on the net, period. There are others, but many tend to be too "clicky " and have coin snobs. CT has developed a family, not just a random gang of posters......

What ever it takes, I am part and parcel here, I have found a home. CT has done more for me than I can ever do for it, so whatever is needed to keep this site up and running, count me in.

I think that is something like $19.99 for 6 months not 19.99 per month for 6 months, and I'm fairly certain that cointalk takes considerably more than that to run. My line at www.mrbrklyn.com cost about $200 a month to run in of itself.... for example, before any other expense.

I like Mrbrklyn,s idea of a fundraising auction. We could donate coins and run an auction here or put them on ebay to raise funds.

If it works for NPR, why not here.

Well, we should then set a date. I'm wondering if cointalk has 501.c or 501.e status?
