I was wondering if it could be as goos as a MS65 ? The stars don't always strike up fully on the Lib Nickels but that looks like wear on Stars 1 & 2 to me. And there is lots of luster missing on the obverse. Plus there are a couple of pretty good hits on the obverse - between Stars 4 & 5 and behind the curl behind Liberty's neck. The reverse photo is too blurry to make out much. I'm gonna go low to mid AU on this one. Say AU-53 to 55. That's a GREAT find.
