Ok guys & dolls now that the can of worms have been opened ...... what a mess this is going to be trying to record all this on the little edge thats left on my coin slips .... have to learn to write smaller I think !!! look at this split ends this girl has. 1880 O EF 40 + I think there is about 4 more all over her head

Snake,

Nice Die Cracks! This is the same coin with the issue with the "0" in the Date that may be an RPD or OverDate, right? I can't find any VAM's for the Date and Mint that quite match the coin, so you may to send it to Leroy Van Allen.

the one with split ends is a 1880 O and the other is a 1880 (plain ) no mint mark

today I found a 1945 DD merc I'm going to post it, my chery pickers book don't have it listed. thanks
