Exactly what the first person said no doubled die and gas inclusions. I believe that there are some Lincolns with him smoking though during the craze of aftermarket coins punched with an image of this or that, (was popular during the bicentennial) as they punched state outlines and other stuff but it's just a novelty coin like that. It's not trapped gas on the rev. just minor mechanical doubling very common.
