whats up wiht this walking liberty?

i got this in a lot of 25 from a guy who cleans out estates for an incredible deal and saw this, i figured it was extremly polished but even the reeded edge has the same luster, pics dont do it justice

it's definitely polished... for some reason people think you will increase the value of the coin if it's shiny no matter how worn it looks.

I was thinking more like enhanced. Some things are nice enhanced, coins are not. Buffed and rubbed. All though you paid under scrap price for the lot, nice.
