1715 Gold Coin

Is this coin really worth this much?? See www.1715goldcoin.com for details. I'm interested in purchasing it, but would like other's opinions before doing so. Thanks!

That coin, if real, is polished and mounted as jewelry. Thus numismatic value is greatly compromised, at the least. Not a good deal IMO.

That's not the point. The coin is obviously ruined. Save your money for a better coin

Mel Fischer proiducts are typically priced at double, or more, of what they are actually worth. You, never, ever, want to buy one of those.
