One is a Proof and the other is a Matte finish sealed in capsules by SEGS. These are set number # 907. Not sure how, why or when I got them. I believe that I have some documents here in my files about them, but other than just the issue price, and where to order them, I doubt much more. If I remember correctly the last set that I saw sold for around $75. I could be wrong, and maybe others can help out on the pricing. I couldn't let the matte finish coin's brother get away so I had a bidding war for the other one. The serial # is 976 on both of them. I'll post pics when they come in.
