West Palm Beach area Reputable Dealers?

Hi
Didn't know where to post this so I hope this group is ok.

I have a friend in Florida about 45 minutes north of West Palm Beach and he has bags of old coins that he asked me to sell on ebay. I am not up for the challenge as it is so much research. I suggested he find a dealer in the area.
Does anyone know of reputable dealers in this area. He knows nothing about coins nor do I and I would like to see him get a fair price for his coins.
Thanks
Pat

I checked the ANA web site and found the following four dealers near Port St. Lucie:

Charles W. Rossman - Port Saint Lucie
James Warmus - Palm City
Anchor Rare Coins Inc - Stuart
American Premier Numismatics - Stuart

I cannot vouch for any of these dealers. All I know is they are ANA member-dealers.

A word of advice: If your friend has "bags of old coins" he can help himself by learning something about coins and separating out the valuable coins from the common coins. The Red Book lists all US coins made and their relative values. If your friend takes bags of coins to a dealer he will probably be paid the value of the most common coins because most dealers do not have time to sort through bags of coins for their customers. If someone has pulled out the rare dates and mintmarks he will get a better price for them than if they were mixed in with thousands and thousands of common coins.

Thanks so much - he lives in Stuart so this will not be a problem.
I am going down on vacation and I told him I will help go through them to separate the better coins. I have been learning so much just by reading CT and enjoying every minute of it.
Appreciate the help - and thrilled it's so close!
