not a coing but is it worth alot?

I am new to collecting, i am in possesion of a crisp uncirculated condition 1963 read treasury seal and very low searial # A08195016A is it rare but i am sure it is common becuase i have a fine condition 2 with red seal and serial of A14914046A?

I'm confused, Low?
What are the serial # range these were printed with?
That's an awful high serial # to an untrained eye such as mine.
