1969 $10 Star. Very Nice!

Hi Everyone,
I recently picked up this winner off of eBay for $13.99!

It's a $10 Series 1969 Star Federal Reserve Note. This note is not quite GEM but definitely "Almost Uncirculated".

I believe the currency seller price for this note is about $60, but I could be wrong. Does anyone have access to the price of this note? Thanks.

This note, my first $10 star is a real addition to my collection. Thanks for looking,

Greglax

Haha RickieB, i'm gradually working my way up to being anywhere close to your great collection, but for now I'm learning and seeing what is in the currency collecting world to build a solid collection.

Thanks for the kind words everyone,
Greg

Greg....I am glad you found some humor in that post .
Hey it would be my pleasure and honor if I could ever help you with any selection of a note, regardles of the District, you are considering for purchase. When I started the NY colection I did so thinking that since it was a District with a huge number of notes printed for almost evey Series, I said"humm..this should be easy to put together"....

Well 3 years later I am still searching for "high quality" notes and will be for years to come I am sure! Just remember those 2 words when you buy a note!

Best regards,

RickieB

If I ever have questions, I will go straight to this forum. The comments, opinions and criticism here is just amazing because no one wants to be ripped off, taken advantage of, and making a wrong purchase.

"high quality" is definitely what I'll be looking for for years to come!

Greg
