I pose this 1695 Leopold I thaler – looks exactly as KM 871.4 made of silver , condition looks VF. D= 45 mm. Weight= 27.15 gr' and this is what bothers me.In some Ebay pages I saw it should weight 28.30 or so. I can not decide : is a fake? or lost 1.15 gr' because of wear . Please advise.
