In Regard To, 99-05,( AMERICAN ) Silver Proof Sets W/ State Quarters. The Set Is Sold In A Red Box. Does The Condition Of The PAPER Box Affect The Value Of The Set?

I believe the packaging the NUC MED was talking about is after market packaging. It's not quite the same as original mint packaging.
