Inking errors? and some other new circ finds

A few notes picked up from work this week. The first is the second Barr note that I've found in circulation in about 6 months, and indicates to me that people are indeed spending their collections. Sad, but I can't say I mind being the one to find them.

The second note caught me eye being a near radar, and a trinary at that. Would you say its worth keeping?

The last three notes I noticed are missing a fraction of the last serial number digit on the right side. Is this considered an error? If so, would these notes carry any premium? They are all fresh GEM CU's. Thanks everyone.

Well - I thing they are nice finds. I am not sure if the inking are errors or not so you will have to wait for an expert. I know I have not see one of those and I check every bill that goes through my hands.

Ignore Isiah - some of his posts make no sense. You will have to be patient - some of the paper money experts will be around tonight. Looks like the 5 on that one series had something wrong with it - I wonder if the 65(and others in the series) had the same problem in that run. Hmmm - will wait for one of the experts. Me - I just enoy seeing what others find - then I can keep an eye out for them myself.

Thanks Mark_h, I actually have 2 other notes with exactly the same issue from close the same run, but end in different digits.

As far as Isaiah goes, I checked some of his other posts and it seems that he has made several unprovoked hostile comments regarding his intense dislike of paper money... Quite interesting.

Come to think of it, it seems to be the 2's and 5's. Hmm.

Now that makes it even more interesting to me. Could something have been floating around that would have blocked different digits at different times? I can't wait to hear from one of the experts. I am hoping it is error and gives me something else to look for.

On the last three notes the upper SN's show a digit that is not quite complete.
This can happen due to various reasons ( dirt, solvent, dried ink build up on the plate ect ect...) and may not be deemed an error per se!

If the digit were missing, then indeed it would be an error of greater significance...but as minor as it is, not much there I am afraid to say.

Nice finds...keep on looking!!
