Hello from Chicagoland

Hi - I've been lurking on the forum for awhile, but finally decided to join this morning after seeing a post about an unmarked fake 1856 flying eagle cent on ebay. I did a quick search and found a couple more I had to tell people about (they're in the US Coins forum thread).

Long time collector, just getting back into the hobby. I started with an inherited set of old lincoln and indian head cents when I was a kid. I still have a few holes to fill in those collections (mostly the expensive ones!) Now that I have the time, I'm getting back into collecting. I've been focusing on silver as of late, mostly silver maple leafs and silver eagles. I think I'm going to start working on silver dollars...this is a great site, lots of people with great information to share, I've already learned a lot!

Hey tml847 ,

I'm not that far from you here on the other side of Gary, IN. If you head out this way give me a holler.
