Is there to not get an e-mail everytime someone posts?

After u post scroll down before you submit reply. Dropdown menu for notification, select do not subscribe. I'm still trying to figure out how to make this the default selection.

To change this setting follow these steps...

Go up to the top of this page and click on "User CP".
Click on that.
On the left hand side of that page go down to "Edit Options"
Click on that.
Go down the page to " Messaging & Notification" and in that part you will see "Default Thread Subscription Mode".
Change the setting to whatever you feel like.

After this you might want to go to the left hand side there and also check out "List Subscriptions"
This will have a listing of all of the threads you already have subscriptions for...you can delete these.
