I found this 2007P washington state quarter about a month ago going through quarter rolls from my local bank.
It has a die crack from the rim ending with a die chip affixed to one of the waves, and also a nice size die chip affixed to the side of the mountain.
I've seen one coin with just the so called extra wave, and another coin with die chips running down the side of the mountain being sold on E-Bay, but nothing with a combination of both the die crack/chip and mountain die chip like this one has on it.
I know the state quarters are loaded with die chips /gouges etc but this one seems a little more interesting in that the die chips on the mountain are placed in layers, almost looks like an extra part of the mountain as opposed to random chips.
Opinions Welcomed.
