Ebay items booted??

Hello,
I recently listed some WW II German medals on Ebay and they were on for less than 14 hours when they were booted by Ebay. The reason being they had the natzi sign on them. In the few hours they were on there I had apx 20 watchers on each and the bids were going well but them BAM they were gone. I cant figure out why ebay boots medals from WW II with a swastika on it. I see items with swastikas on them for books and various items that never get booted. I dont understand why they were booted they are a part of world history (not saying I agree with them). So I am selling them with out ebay being involved. There was a close combat medal. a naval medal and a gold Mothers medal I placed a pic of them. I have also recieved alot of email from others saying they have also had problems with Ebay booting items they have attempted to sell while the same item they are selling are readily available to buy on ebay. Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem.
