what is the value of a possibly flawed 2 dollar bill

i have a 2003 series two dollar with the serial numbers I 00224799 B in
near mint condition. I have noticed that on the front there are little multi colored hair things in the dollar bill. I know that the bill is not counterfiet because i got it from the U.S Mint. and i'm wondering if it is flawed< and if it is worth anything.

My Mood:
not flawed, security feature. Look at some of your other money. Not sure of the worth. It's funny to spend them because alot of the time, it seems liek cashiers forget how to add aor something. I get some from time to time and even the bank tellers sometimes get confused and try to give double the ammount!
