stainless's 1000 post contest

I have hit the 1,000 post milestone....Time to give a little to the CT community.

Here it is...

You guys have to guess my favorite emperor for ancient Rome

then, you have to guess my avatar (who is it)

finally, you have to write an essay on any coin in your collection. You have to tell me why you like it and why you choose to write about that coin out of all the others in your collection. MUST be at least 5 complete sentences. YOU MUST also provide pics of the coin (I wanna see some eye candy) in this thread.

You have to get the first two questions right to qualify, and only one post per member. NO EDITING POST.

I will judge on how well I like your essay, it will not be a contest of "who has the best coin". So if you post a 1909 VDB, and someone else post a 1909 S VDB, you can still win depending on how well I liked your story about the coin.

Prize will be a secret, if you win you can tell everybody what you got.

contest ends Sunday the 25 of August

Stainless , congrats on your 1000th post , looking forward to your next 1000 , thanks for the contest but I have no idea about ancients , and essays for me ended in H.S.

congrats on the 1000 posts! I think I joined just after you and alot of the questions that you posted were things I was wondring about. So, tankas I mean thanks. Thanks for the contest also!
