    How did you figured out that 04589673 is from 00000001-03200000 run?

    so the run range was actually 03200001 - 06400000. thats cool to know.

    what star notes should one look out for? i get so many every day that i dunno what to do with them all!

    i try to keep 1 from each district and series. After then i keep all notes from short print runs, ladders, radars, birthday notes, errors and anything else thats collectible.
