To post a pic go to "Manage Attachments" in the "Additional Options" box below the box where you write your message. (Note: This is not available with Quick Reply.)
When you click the "Manage Attachments" button a new window will pop up. Assuming you wish to upload an image from your computer click on the Browse button under "Upload File from your Computer" and navigate your way to the file's location. Select the file and click the Upload button. Note that the file cannot exceed the size indicated in the lower portion of the window. If your file is larger than the limits you will need to compress your file.
