Is it clipped post mint or not?

This poor guy looks like it has been to war and lost. It was in a roll from a new box I'm going through. Obviously the condition of the nickel is extremely rough the question is do you think the damage on the edge is pre or post mint? The area over GOD looks really strange - goes about half way and stops.

Thought ~ Opinions ---Thanks

Post-Mint damage. That coin looks like it spent some time in a parking lot or a street.

Looks like it tried to spontaneously combust but failed. Only got heated up and then started to melt which put out the beginings of a fire. I see it all the time. It's kind of sad really.
