1961 D Quarter Mint Mark Difference

I was looking for some quarters and noticed a different style/type of mint mark on 1 1961 D quarter. The first picture is of the mint mark that looked different than the others. The picture on the right is what most of the others look like. Here are the things I noticed

1. the first mint mark is slightly tilted (note: I ensured I aligned the quarters up so as to show the different angle of the mint mark.
2. On the first mint mark, up on the very top left of the D, there seems to be an additional impression, but it is not as high as the mint mark
3. What would normally be where the straight line of the D would be, is more of a swoop/curve rather than a straight line
4. Due to point #3, the lower left of the D as a larger piont

Yes, those are the best pictures I could get

Question, are there know varieties such as this for a 1961 D quarter? I did a quick search but could not find anything.

Thanks
