Collector's Medallion

Got this from a friend who's Mom has saved this for years. From the National Liberty Life Insurance Company for Gold Star Policy Holders. An Antiqued Nickel Silver Collector's Medallion of the Great Seal of the United States.

Pretty cool piece and couldn't find anything on it.
