I have seen many on ebay in low grade. The coin looks more like a Proof Like. (5 o'clock obverse position) runs for $15 in EF, $30 in UNC for this date. However my catalog is old (4th ed). Try your luck at Heritage, they may have auction history. Also, there are three varieties for this with T.D., the others being TD punched over BD,BF, and TF. I see some marks on yours perhaps you have one of those varieties.
