Here's the deal - the person who succesfully attributes the most out of the 5 or so coins I post wins a sestertius of Antoninus Pius. I warn you, it won't be easy - there are some rather skilled individuals on this forum! PM's ONLY please! This is what I'm looking for in an attribution - Ruler Metal and Denomination Mint, years minted complete obverse legend complete obverse description complete reverse legend complete reverse description References References should be as accurate as possible. This coin is a rare unlisted variation, a spelling error. As such, no exact reference was available! However, this round goes to acl864, for recognizing that there WAS a spelling error, even if he didn't quite grasp the significance of it. Great job! Honorable mention also goes to Vercingetorax and acanthite.
