It's just a worn circulated coin, but I have read in the books that '72 Lincolns with DD (in MS grades) can pull in the Benjamins. So I got excited when I saw this one. I appreciate your feedback.
The 1972 is just machine doubling IMO.....not worth any premium.

I bought this one fairly recently as an upgrade to the MS65RD I used to own. I really like that it's in an old green holder which gives me some reassurance that this color is less likely to change over time.

Is that real?

I've never seen a real one like that before. Steroids? Lots of viewable ripple & muscle mass to it, I'll admit.

Have several that were not from San Fran. Was just working with my camera system today with a 1909 to try to figure out what I want my next camera to do (Great macro/remote control/ALL manual mode....for Everything/schiemflueg/access to the SD card without taking it off the tripod......) and a subject worthy like that.

Instead I have my skin diving camera and this dirty old VDB.

Thanks for the nice comments on the 1909-S. Always love that semi-key date. Not quite as key as the 1909-S VDB though
