Im looking specifically for 1976 $2 bills. I dont want 1995; I dont want 2003; and I want packs of uncirculated bills. Let me get some opinions from the cointalk members. whats the availabililty of new 1976 bills. do the banks and the federal reserve still have hoards of the 1976 bills? or has it all been distributed?
