Wow pretty expensive! Looked on eBay they are about 1/3 retail but decided to try a regular full spectrum bulb in my desk lamp - what a difference! Took some pictures of a toned nickel from the 57 rolls I have, and a close up of the mintmark of a 45 S. These are the first pics I've taken using the full spectrum light and I think this is going to improve my photos immensely. What do ya think? The obverse shots are of the same coin just slightly different lighting angle. Since I collect both stamps and coins and stamps are overwhelmingly my predominant hobby, the lamp is just wonderful to work with, read by and enjoy with all my hobbies. You will wonder how you ever got along with one in the past.
