Don't really know? NGC, PCGS and ANACS have used this designation on the labels so they must have made some kind of deal with the purchaser of the OBH! Same with the Benson collection! Pedigre is not important to me so I don't even pay attention to whatever they put on the label! They are so small! The Jefferson Series is full of varieties! The silver war nickels (1942-1945) even more so with hundreds of RPM's and Doubled Dies, some more dramatic than others. CONECA catalogs them on their website CONECAonline.org under master listings. Taking pictures through plastic is much more difficult than just a raw coin. You did a great job, especially with the macro shots of the RPMs. The only thing that is hard to tell is the condition of the steps on the 44. I can see them on the left hand side but a shadow is hiding everything to the right. Great nickels regardless!!! Thanks for sharing!
