64 Lincoln Cent Die Crack?

Found this and thought I would share it with you. I think it's pretty cool!
Higher magnification shows the "crack" actually running from edge to edge.

Looks like it could be a die crack. Is the "crack" raised? If so it most likely is a die crack.

The coin is beat up pretty good but the answer is yes the crack is raised.

I also beleive it's a die crack. Just remember that some coin's have heavy die polishing. The polishing will be straight regardless of the angle of the angle of the line.

Except die polishing rarely goes across the device (in this case Lincoln's head).

I could be a lamination crack (a type of planchet defect). These are often mistaken for die cracks.

But a lamination (really a DElamination) would not be raised (unless it had fully delaminated.

Lamination cracks are often raised (at least on one side), as the metal lifts up from the surface.
