Who is lobbying to keep the $1 bill? Is it the dollar bill change machine vendors or the vending machine vendors who now allow you deposit a $1 or $5 bill into the machine? Most of those machines will accept the dollar coins too. Who would care enough to lobby?

Canada dropped its one dollar bill, so people use loonies.

Love the coin, got one in the rejects of a coin counter I was using.
