The $20 was already done. The plan is to redesign and add color to all the bills except $1. Changes will be an ongoing thing to stop counterfeiting as the technology improves. We may see bills made of a type of plastic with clear sections in our future.

Got a few at the bank the other day. They really look like play money - especially the reverse. I like them.

Remember Star Trek, the first, when there was no currency only credits. Well the credit/debit card is getting there sooner then we all think.

But collecting coins, especially gold, will still be around. It would just cost more credits.

We may very well go to no form of money at all. Everything done electronicly. Does anyone remember the Microsoft ad? The man walking through the grocery store stuffing things in his jacket, and then walking out the door.

    A true currency free possibility.....
