Platinum state quarters

Saw on ebay some auctions offering "Platinum Proof Quarter SET". Are these coins made of real platinum? I mean not plated. If yes, how much will worth?

They are plated with very little platinum.

No they are not made of platinum - they are plated. And the value of the platinum ( because it is so thin ) is worth less than the face value of the coin.
