Put in your requests.....

Ok, this isn't the eBay song and dance.

Recently, my Grandfather passed away.
His wishes in his trust were that his coin collection be sold and the money be divided up in the percentages he described.
It is NOT what I want to have done with his collection, but I will respect his wishes and follow through.
It is hard for me to see something he worked so hard on go away like that.
BUT, seeing as I have to sell them, I thought of you all first.
I would like to see some of the good people from this forum get parts of it, as I know they would be appreciated and taken care of.
There is far too much for me to list, so I am going to ask that if anyone is looking for anything in particular that they please PM me and I will look through what I have on record.
99% of it is all US coins, copper, nickels, silver, gold, & platinum.
There are mint sets, bullion, and some commemoratives.

So, if there is something you are looking for, please PM me and I'll take a look for you.
Mind you, I'm not as knowledgable as a lot of people here.
I don't know Overton #'s and such.
You may want to state what percentage of book (state what book) price you might be willing to pay as well.
I'm not the one getting most of the money, so I won't be insulted by your % offer.
But, I know my family is looking for more than what our local auction would produce.
I'm only getting 10% of the final sale and I'll probly use that to buy some of the left over coins, so I can save some small part of his collection to pass down through the family.

So, thank you for looking and your future requests.

Clembo, my friend, I will surely be checking for 2 cent pieces for you.
