Question !!! ULTRA RARE Roosevelt Dime Variety???

I was looking through the coins I bought from my Grandma's friend, and I found a 1946 S Roosevelt Dime that appears to be the Sans Serif mint mark....According to the Cherrypicker's guide, there were only two known at the time of printing!!

Do you think this is indeed the variety? The first picture is my coin, the second is the Cherrypicker's guide.

Thanks, I hope we're both right!! Also, anyone have an idea on what a value could possibly be for such a rare variety? ( If it is indeed the variety)

It looks sorta like it to me. different types of MM varieties are not my forte by any means, but it looks like it could very well be. Maybe that variety is so rare, because nobody can even see it that small! Good eye!

I have to go with the general consensus here and say that it does indeed look like you made an AWESOME find.

Let's hope so. Time to get it certified.

Good job!

Crap. I just got an Email from the Coneca guy....

"Circulated coins can be tricky to attribute. However, I believe this is the standard trumpet tail mintmark style.

Thanks,

I actually don't agree with his assessment though....=/ I don't think it looks like a trumpet tail...
