I ordered a 1964 proof Kennedy Half Dollar from my dealer that just arrived over the weekend, and after careful examination, I confirmed that he sent me the accented hair variety. Six months into the hobby, and I finally got a nice deal!

Coin collecting is the only hobby in the world that you can spend all the money in the world and still have some left over

Very nice Bust 1/2 dollars!
But, are you sure about the overdate?
I cherried three in the last year or two, now in ANACS slabs.
Each one have a 'split' wing, which I don't see here.
It is a diagnostic of the variety.
Check Cherrypickers, or Snow's book.
Good luck
