The U.S. Mint - Too Funny

Here's a message I got from the mint today. I just ignored the first message they sent me anyway.

Dear United States Mint Customer,

On May 18, 2007, you received an email from the United States Mint
regarding your subscription for the 2007 United States Mint
Presidential $1 Coin Proof Set. That email may have incorrectly stated
the number of your subscription sets. This updated email accurately
reflects the number of sets on your subscription.

The United States Mint will be processing your subscription order for
the 2007 United States Mint Presidential $1 Coin Proof Set in
approximately 3 weeks. Our records indicate you have the following
subscription(s):

10 Presidential Dollar Coin Proof Set(s)

It's just another incidence of their well-known incompetency. That's all.

DO you think there will be any nearby price increase of them? In other words, how many should I buy?

Depends if any errors are found. I think they are producing these to demand, so no limit, which means tons will be sold in my opinion.

After a botched "P" shipment on the GW coin, I finally got them to believe I didn't receive the rolls. Then they ship me 2 Denver rolls instead, but not before they backordered the form to submit for never receiving 2 "P" rolls, I already received the Denver rolls I actually ordered...etc.etc...

Looks like a nice thing that the Mint did to me. I order several items from the Mint each year and I have never had a problem with anything they have sent. NO complaints!!! davdo
