Buddy system for Presidential Dollars

Who is interested in establishing a buddy system so that people on both sides of the country can get uncirculated presidential dollars at face value from banks? I can get P-mint dollars at my local banks. I've had no trouble at all getting my local bank to save me a few rolls of each dollar when they come out. But none of my friends or family in the West are collectors.

If someone who lives in a D-mint area is willing to trade, we could send each other rolls of the Presidential dollars as they come out and each build a collection at face value without worrying about how to get the "other" mint coins.

For security, we could pay for the coins via PayPal, using a confirmed address which would give each party recourse if there were a dispute. Obviously, if people trust each other, they could just make an even trade and the cost of postage wouldn't even to have to change hands.

I'd like to know what people think. It seems the system set up for distributing these coins is ridiculous and almost forces people to pay a premium in order to build a complete collection.
