I recently acquired 998 Sequential $1 star notes from my bank still banded together (10 bands altogether with the last two notes not star notes). They're in my safe at home but I think I recall them being a recent series with a not-so-low serial number. I was wondering if you guys out there know if this is even a rare thing to find... I have always saved the random star note that I would find here and there but nothing like this. They are all in pristine and crisp condition... not a single bent corner. They still have that "new bill" smell. Do you think that they are worth any more than face value? Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks!!
