I've had no trouble finding the 2006 no "P" nickels so far, and I've only gone through 4 rolls. Got about 2 per roll. How sure are we that these really were a mistake?

Topher,if you are convinced that you've found a Canadian coin that isn't listed in Krause, you should send an email with photos to Tom Michael at Tom.Michael@fwpubs.com .

I only have a 2005 Krause, so they don't even list the 2004's in it. I'll head to the library where they have the newest issue and make sure before I email.

I managed to find about a dozen 2006 no-P nickels, most of them in the first 4 rolls.

I don't really think thats right. I found way too many for it to be a mistake. That link doesn't quote a source to check the validity.

This is why we go to the bank and search rolls. (Well, not for your dad's coins, but other people's dad's coins.) Click here to enlarge

wow lucky! I have none of those, so they dont mean much to me either..lol

Im sure the kind people...who know just about everything in regards to coin, can help you out with whats hot or not, valuable etc....once you get it all sorted.

Who knows, you just may have one of those rare, highly sought after coins that goes for MAJOR bucks!
