Silver Mint Sets Concept

I came up with a teriffic coin concept for mint sets. I think it would be a good idea for the US Mint to consider. Silver mint sets, yes you heard me right. Why not two mint sets for each year, one regular clad issue and a silver issue like the proof sets? Just an idea. But of course, I would prefer that happening after the 50 States Quarter program as it would be silly just to start this now halfway through the series. What do you guys think?
